We are currently seeking a Shipping Manager to join our logistics and operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of international and domestic shipments, ensuring compliance with transport regulations, and maintaining strong relationships with carriers and internal departments.

Our company is a global distributor and supplier of aerospace components, materials, and GSE equipment, serving customers in over 45 countries. Our mission is to exceed customers’ expectations through continuous improvement process, development, and effective communication.

Requirements:

• Proficient English communication skills required (spoken and written)
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex issues
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Ability to multitask and remain detail-oriented under pressure
• Experience with or openness to using AI tools in logistics and workflow optimization
• Willingness to accommodate work across different time zones
• High school diploma or equivalent. An Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus
• Proven work experience in shipping, logistics, or freight coordination is a plus
• Understanding of international shipping regulations (IATA, ICAO, INCOTERMS, etc.) is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Organize, monitor, and manage the shipment of goods via air, road, and courier services
• Communicate with suppliers, customers, freight forwarders and customs brokers
• Prepare and verify shipping documentation (invoices, packing lists, export declarations, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with international shipping laws and regulations
• Maintain accurate records of shipments and provide regular reporting to Management
• Track and trace all outgoing shipments and resolve issues or delays
• Coordinate with the sales and procurement teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery
• Control packaging requirements and liaise with vendors where needed
• Carry out tasks assigned by Management related to shipping or logistics process improvement
