We are currently seeking a Junior Sales Manager to join our growing team. This is an ideal opportunity for recent university graduates or junior specialists with minimal working experience looking to kick-start their careers in customer support and sales. As a Junior Sales Manager, you will receive comprehensive training, enabling you to develop into a professional in the field.

Our company is a global distributor and supplier of aerospace components, materials, and GSE equipment, serving customers in over 45 countries. Our mission is to exceed customers’ expectations through continuous improvement process, development, and effective communication.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in obtaining quotations and securing competitive bids for aerospace components and services.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external customers to resolve queries about order status and deliveries.
• Assist in maintaining record keeping.
• Support sales representatives, sales managers, and the shipping department.
• Process and monitor Purchase Orders (POs) from clients and place orders with vendors.
• Conduct research on potential suppliers and products.
• Contribute to a positive team environment, working towards shared performance goals.

Requirements:

• Recent university graduate (degree preferred).
• Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word).
• Team-oriented and committed to supporting co-workers.
