Мы открываем новую позицию Data Entry Operator для работы из нашего офиса в Гомеле.

Рассмотрим кандидатов без опыта работы, а также студентов, готовых к посменному 8-часовому графику (включая ночные смены).

Data Entry Operator responsibilities include collecting and entering data in databases and maintaining accurate records of valuable company information.

Main duties:

• Entering customer and account data from source documents
• Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry
• Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output
• Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
• Apply data program techniques and procedures

• Work with business users to create and updаtеdata in the in-house CRM application

• Generate reports
• Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
• Comply with data integrity and security policies

What we expect:

• Basic computer literacy
• Strong English reading comprehension and writing skills (B1+)
• Strong research skills
• Forensic attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with limited oversight while managing multiple tasks

Things that would be nice to have but are not mandatory:

• CRM experience (e.g. Salesforce)
• Photoshop experience
