Responsibilities:
- Conducting daily consultation calls with bench employees.
- Discussing current tasks and goals with employees, assisting in addressing arising issues and questions, documenting employee progress.
- Analyzing individual employee needs and goals.
- Maintaining up-to-date bench tables and generating reports for each employee, as well as departmental records.
- Managing ticketing system tasks.
- Collaborating with the staffing department to assess demand requirements and discuss issues.
- Conducting onboarding and offboarding consultations for employees.
- Monitoring labor market trends and career development updates.
- Developing personalized career plans and strategies.
- Assisting employees in identifying and achieving their career goals.
- Evaluating competencies and providing feedback.
Must-haves:
- Mentoring/teaching experience would be an advantage.
- High level of empathy and effective communication skills (ability to listen and ask important questions).
- Ability to develop short and long term plans and strategies.
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
- Desire to help others achieve their career ambitions.
- Ability to work in multitasking mode, ability to work with large amounts of information.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, administrative and analytical skills.
- Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.
